Our whiskey barrel fondue server provides a fun and rustic way to serve your favorite fondue! The fondue server includes an 18.5-oz ceramic pot with a unique double-boiler design to prevent your fondue from burning. This is achieved by filling the bottom pan with water to ensure the heat from the tea light is evenly distributed to the inner bowl with your chocolate, keeping the chocolate perfectly smooth and delicious. Though this is the perfect fondue pot for chocolate, it can also be used with cheeses and other fondues, proving to be very versatile! The set includes four 4.9" fondue forks and four 3.5-oz ceramic bowls that are just the right size for strawberries, marshmallows, crackers, cookies, bread chunks, etc. The base of the fondue server is made out of an authentic barrel head from a reclaimed whiskey barrel and may have remnants of ink stamps, stains, scrapes and dings, and other blemishes that all add unique character to the base. Stamps may include Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, OZ Tyler, Buffalo Trace, Wilderness Trail, and others. No two are the same! The base is treated with a food-grade oil and can be easily wiped down after use. The handles are hand-forged steel treated with beeswax to protect the steel and prevent oxidation.
