Headwaters was established in 2018 when the Jones family moved to their small farm in Newborn, Georgia. During renovations to their farmhouse, the Joneses made a reclaimed wine barrel bar sink and enclosed it in a beautiful rich granite with a stone backsplash and stacked stone side walls. They enjoyed the process so much that they continued to make additional items using the oak staves and steel rings from reclaimed wine and whiskey barrels. What started as a backyard hobby quickly turned into a family business and Headwaters Barrel Company, LLC was later established in 2020.
