  • Yes, we offer custom laser engraving on most of our products! Simply choose the Personalized option on the product page and provide the information you would like to include on the product. We are very flexible when it comes to personalizations; we understand how special the right engraving can be for a friend or loved one. We therefore also offer assistance with the design if you have an idea in mind! If you would like to add personalization to a product for which its currently not an option, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@headwatersbarrelco.com and we’ll see what we can do!

  • Yes! If you have something in mind that you’d love to see made from whiskey or wine barrels, let us know! We’d love to make it a reality!

  • We ship most of our products via USPS or UPS. We can offer expedited shipping at an additional charge; just reach out to the shop before you order and we’ll provide a shipping quote!

    Our larger, full-barrel items such as barrel sinks, cabinets, and ice chests are shipped using Freight LTL. The products are carefully boxed and secured to a pallet for shipment. Once the shipment has been picked up by the freight carrier, it generally takes 3-7 business days to reach the local delivery center. The freight carrier will call you to arrange a day and time for delivery. The driver will use a lift gate and pallet jack to lower your shipment to the ground and move it to a safe location. We use our preferred freight carriers to ensure a smooth shipment and delivery process!

  • Local pickup is always an option at our workshop in Newborn, Georgia. Please note that all visits to the workshop are by appointment only! Local delivery may also be available at an additional charge. Feel free to contact us to arrange pickup or delivery.
