Our wine barrel tree collar is the perfect finishing touch to your Christmas tree or indoor plant! Authentic reclaimed red wine barrels are carefully cut and hand-sanded to a smooth finish prior to sealing with multiple coats of indoor polyurethane. The polyurethane finish brings out the red wine stains and protects the natural beauty of the barrel. Heavy duty hinges and spring loaded clasps allow the tree collar to be opened and placed around the tree base and then re-secured. The inside of the barrel tree collar features the rich red staining absorbed by the oak staves during the wine aging process. All items are unique due to the variability in barrels and may show extra wine staining and/or blemishes and imperfections from the wine making process, all of which add unique character to each piece! No two pieces will be exactly alike.
Personalization: Custom laser engraving is available for your tree collar! The standard personalization is as shown in the listing photos with "The [last name, plural]" and "EST. [year]". If choosing the standard personalization, please let us know the name (exactly as you want it engraved after "The", including the "s" or "es" to make it plural) and year to engrave. For custom designs, choose custom personalization and let us know what you would like to have engraved on the tree collar! We can do names, logos, clipart, GPS coordinates, quotes, etc. The engraving can be up to 8" wide and 5" tall.
